Please note that while we have tried to keep our operating hours as normal as possible we will have reduced staff to allow our teams some well earned rest over the festive period. Our other services such as automated telephone payment lines, the MiPermit app, all portals and websites will still be available to all customers throughout this period to allow normal business function.
Service update: Please be aware of scam texts
We have been made aware of customers receiving texts messages from local authorities, speaking about outstanding Penalty Charge Notices (PCN). They are providing payment links and providing false information. Please note the North Essex Parking Partnership will never text customers regarding PCN’s. We ask if you receive messages claiming to be from us, please contact our team on 01206 282316 during business hours and we can check our system for any outstanding penalties.
